在全国工商管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会的指导下，中国管理案例共享中心主办的第十四届“全国百篇优秀管理案例”评选工作已经结束。通过同行匿名函审和专家委员会会议评审两轮评审，从170所院校的1283篇投稿中评出百篇获奖案例。其中有深圳大学、东莞理工学院教授及其学生团队的牛奔、冯元粤，杨葱葱、贺珊、马永聪、郑成毅等人负责撰写的“虚实共生，臻于至善：超次元的精益创业之路”成功入选全国百篇优秀管理案例。

摘要：随着数字经济的发展，数字中国建设的推进，元宇宙正以新理念、新业态、新模式与多产业的发展完美互通融合，逐渐成为重组全球要素资源、改变全球产业发展的关键力量。本案例介绍的超次元是一家国内优秀的综合性虚拟活动应用运营商，提供包含虚拟人+虚拟空间+虚拟内容在内的矩阵式虚拟化服务。本案例回顾了创始人陈坚识别创业机会成立超次元，在面临市场、技术和企业发展三重压力的情况下，选择新赛道转型；精准识别主流商业机会后再次主动转型，成功研发升级一系列产品，最终实现从“0到1”的精益创业的过程。面对数字化和元宇宙浪潮，超次元的产品和服务如何迭代升级，未来如何创新发展？本案例通过对超次元的介绍，旨在引导学生深入理解掌握创业机会识别和精益创业相关理论。

With the development of digital economy and the promotion of digital China construction, the Metaverse is becoming a key force in restructuring global factor resources and changing global industrial development with the perfect interoperability and integration of new concepts, new industries and new modes with the development of multiple industries. SUPER ACG, introduced in this case, is an excellent comprehensive virtual event application operator in China, providing a matrix of virtualization services including virtual people + virtual space + virtual content. This case reviews the process of founder Chen Jian's identification of entrepreneurial opportunities to set up SUPER ACG, his choice of a new track for transformation in the face of triple pressure from the market, technology and corporate development, and his initiative to transform again after accurately identifying mainstream business opportunities, successfully developing and upgrading a series of products, and finally realizing a lean start-up from "0 to 1". Facing the wave of digitalization and Metaverse, how can SUPER ACG’s products and services be iteratively upgraded and how can they be innovated in the future?
